Alanna: The First Adventure by Tamora Pierce…in fact, the whole Song of the Lioness Quartet series. just discovered them OMSDGSODFJH:S THEY ARE AMZING. and i’ve read half of these books mentioned. All absolutely amazing reads, i believe.

(IT WAS SO HARD TO CHOOSE. Seriously, I have lots of feelings about books) But Pigs in Heaven By Barbara Kingsolver. (and yeah I loved the Lioness Quartet Series as a kid, it’s brilliant)
